01. What is NHS Treatment Abroad Checklist?
NHS has a guide checklist that people seeking treatment abroad should go through before making a decision. As GNT Travel, we are working in accordance with NHS Treatment Abroad Checklist to make sure that all of our services are reliable and transparent to you.
02. Where will I stay?
You will be staying in one of the well-known and prestigious hotels in Izmir, all of which are with amazing views of the city, the sea or the bay and are within walking distance to shopping districts and also within a very short distance to tourist attractions.
03. Will you arrange my flights?
We don’t provide flight tickets. After your deposit payment is confirmed, the only thing you need to do is to book your flights and send us the details, then we will take care of the rest.
04. How will I communicate with people during my treatment?
Although most of the doctors and medical staff in our partner clinics and hospitals speak English, you will have your assigned personal patient representative accompanying you during your treatment in Izmir/Turkey to facilitate your communication.
05. How will I arrange my transfers?
On your arrival in Izmir/Turkey, you will be picked up from the airport by a VIP transfer car and taken to your hotel. On your treatment day/s, you will be picked up from your hotel by your patient representative and taken to our partner clinic/hospital.
06. What is included in prices?
Our price offer includes: - Scheduling processes of your treatment (treatment date, accommodation, airport transfers) - Airport pickup on your arrival and drop off on your departure - Accommodation in well-known and prestigious hotels - Initial consultation before the procedure - Preoperative tests or dental x-rays - Your treatment - All local transfers (between your hotel and hospital/clinic) - An assigned personal patient representative - Coordination of minor/major aftercare when you return home, if needed
07. When should I make the payment?
When you decide to go for your treatment, we will need a deposit payment which is 10% of your total package price to book your treatment date and arrange your accommodation and transfers. You can make your deposit payment with a safe bank transfer to our UK account and get a confirmation and an invoice immediately after. You can pay the remaining balance in cash or via bank transfer when you arrive in Turkey. We kindly remind you that your treatment will start only after the full payment has been made.
08. How can I make the payment?
You can pay for your treatment in cash, via bank transfer or by monthly instalments.
